New Blog – New Partners!

Welcome to the Bread House Blog!

Why have we decided to start a blog?

Glad you asked! Since the Bread House opened in 2014, it has been our desire to create a space where our community can Eat, Drink, and Thrive: it’s our tag-line! Sadly, we don’t always get a chance to sit back and chat with our guests. A blog affords us the opportunity to communicate more about how we aim to Eat, Drink, and Thrive. It also allows us to tap into our amazing community to share ideas and events with the same goals.

New Partners!

With that in mind, we are very pleased to officially announce our partnership with The Fit House! Frazer and Rachel are the owners of this amazing new gym in our community, and they share many of our values such as serving our community and providing a safe, healthy place for families.

I met Rachel and Frazer at the Bread House in September, and we instantly connected. I was captured by their vision to help families be fit and healthy as possible – together. Their training, experience, and passion impressed me right away and that only grows the more I work with them.

How does this affect you?

We hope that through this blog and through our partnership with the Fit House (and hopefully others in the future) we will be able to offer services that will meet the needs of you and your family. Some of these will include:

  • Healthy, convenient food offerings (Daily Fit House Specials at the Bread House)
  • Safe places to exercise and socialise
  • Savings for our loyal customers
  • Ideas to help you and your family thrive
  • Events that embody the Eat Drink Thrive ethos

Wellness Wednesdays

Going forward, you can expect to see 3-4 posts per month and a few events here and there on a Wednesday that will focus on ways we can thrive. The Fit House will contribute a monthly wellness article, a few of your Bread House friends will share our fitness journeys, and we will bring in guest bloggers to share tips/ideas around the topics of Eat, Drink, and Thrive.

We don’t want this to be a one sided conversation. We hope you’ll let us know what you think and what topics you’d like to discuss.  Life is so much better when lived in community. We hope you’ll join us!
